Portfolio rollup: every project on one screen

3 min read · Updated 3 Jun 2026

The portfolio rollup puts every live project on one screen, sorted by S/E, so you can see at a glance which jobs are earning and which are slipping — without opening them one by one.

Your whole book, ranked

When you run more than one site, the question is always "which one needs me today?". The rollup answers it: one row per project, the headline KPIs across, sortable by the number you care about. Sort by S/E and the project bleeding hours floats to the top.

1
From your home dashboard

When you have more than one project, your landing dashboard shows the portfolio summary across all of them. Owners and PMs get the company-wide picture.

2
Sort and scan

Order by S/E, % complete, or value, and the colour bands (green / amber / red around 1.00) let you triage without doing the maths.

Permissions are respected. The rollup only shows projects the viewer can access. A PM scoped to one job sees that job; an Owner sees everything. Nobody sees a project they're not on.
