Pricing FAQ
What does "active operative" mean?
An active operative is any operative on your account with one or more logged hours in the trailing 30 days. Inactive operatives (no hours logged in 30 days) do not count toward your tier cap. This means terminated workers, seasonal staff, and historical records are free — you only pay for the people you're actually tracking.
Do you charge per user or per operative?
Per active operative. PM, foreman, QS, and admin user seats are unlimited and free on every tier. Operatives don't log in — foremen log hours on their behalf via the no-login crew-log PWA, or hours come in automatically from your existing clock-in system.
What happens after the free 30-day trial?
If you don't subscribe, your account auto-locks at expiry — read-only access ends and new entries are blocked. Your data is preserved indefinitely. Subscribe at any later date and the account unlocks instantly with all historical data restored. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes — paying annually saves 20% on the monthly rate. Switch the Monthly / Annual toggle at the top to see annual pricing for every tier. Available on Field, Team, Pro, and Business; Enterprise prepay terms are negotiated per contract.
What happens if I exceed my operative cap?
Two options: (a) extra active operatives above the cap are billed per operative/month at your tier's overage rate (Field €12, Team €8, Pro €6, Business €5) — no service interruption, billed automatically; or (b) upgrade to the next tier for a flat monthly price. Most customers upgrade once they pass the cap by 20% — the per-op overage is there as a safety net, not a permanent state.
Can I switch tiers mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No fees for switching.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or design partners?
Design-partner programme: the first 10 contractors to commit to a logo and a case study get 50% off Pro or Business for 6 months. After that, full list price. Email sales@app.wb-sync.com if you'd like to be considered.
