White-label: put your brand on everything

3 min read · Updated 3 Jun 2026

Put your own brand on everything a client sees — PDFs, dashboards and emails carry your logo, not WBSync's. White-label is part of the Business and Enterprise plans.

Your logo, your client's view

When you send a progress report or a client logs in to a shared dashboard, the experience should feel like your company's. White-label branding replaces WBSync's identity with yours across every customer-facing surface.

Set it up

1
Upload your company logo

From Settings → Company, add your logo. It becomes the default brand on every report and dashboard your company produces.

2
Override per project (optional)

Running a job under a client's or a JV's identity? Set a customer logo on that project and it takes precedence over the company logo for that project's documents — so each client gets the right cover.

Branding is centralised, so you set it once and it flows everywhere — scheduled PDFs, on-screen dashboards and notification emails all pick it up automatically.
