Pick a plan when you're ready. Stripe Checkout handles cards and SEPA, your trial converts smoothly, and you can change plan or cancel from a self-service portal whenever you like.

From the trial banner, the dashboard, or Settings → Billing. You'll be sent to Stripe Checkout — secure, PCI-compliant, takes Apple Pay and Google Pay too.

Pay

Card or SEPA Direct Debit. If you're a VAT-registered EU business outside Ireland, add your VAT number on the Checkout page — we apply the EU reverse-charge automatically (you pay €0 VAT, your accountant handles it).

You're live

The trial converts seamlessly — no data is dropped, no settings change. The plan badge in the header updates, the operative cap lifts to your new tier, and your first receipt lands by email.

Add an operative pack mid-cycle

If you blow past your tier's operative cap, add a pack from Settings → Billing → Add operatives. Packs come in 25 / 50 / 100 sizes, prorated to your cycle. The modal previews the exact charge before you commit; Stripe is the source of truth on the final amount.

Annual saves 20%. If you're sure about the plan, switch to annual from the customer portal — the saving is applied immediately and any unused monthly time is credited.

Change plan or cancel

From Settings → Billing. Cancel or resume your subscription directly in-app — a confirm modal shows when your access ends before anything is changed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep full access until then. To update your card, billing address or switch between monthly and annual, use Manage billing in Stripe on the same page.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails (card expired, balance insufficient), we email you and retry over 7 days. After that, the account is suspended — read-only until you click "Pay now" from the banner. No data is deleted. More on failed payments →

Receipts, VAT, invoices

Every charge generates a PDF invoice in your name with your VAT number on it. Download from the portal or have them auto-mailed to your accountant — set the cc address on Settings → Billing → Receipts.

Frequently asked

Do I get charged at the end of the trial?

No — you pick a plan and click through Stripe Checkout. There is no automatic charge. If you don't pick a plan, the account goes read-only.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep full access until then, and read-only access for 90 days after so you can export.

How does VAT work for EU customers outside Ireland?

Add your VAT number on Stripe Checkout. We apply the EU reverse-charge — you pay €0 VAT, your accountant handles it. UK customers are charged 20% VAT (or 0% with a valid VAT number under reverse-charge rules).

What payment methods are supported?

Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), SEPA Direct Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Wire transfer is available on Business and Enterprise plans.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Yes — upgrade applies immediately and is prorated. Downgrade applies at the end of the current period so you keep paid features until then.
